Thank you for your interest in being a craft vendor at the 2024 Coshocton Sunflower Festival.
We're expanding our offerings this season and are excited to be inviting new craft vendors.

Below are the dates that we have for the 2024 season - each with a slightly different schedule.
Sippin' on Sunshine
August 3, 2024, Saturday (12PM - 6PM)
Sippin' on Sunshine Wine & Beer Tasting Event in the Sunflower Field
Vendor Fee: $20
Vendor Fee is non-refundable.
Main Festival Weekend
August 9, 2024, Friday (12PM - 7 PM)
August 10, 2024, Saturday (10AM - 7 PM)
August 11, 2024, Sunday (10AM - 5 PM)
Interested vendors are required to be present in all three dates of the main festival weekend.
This weekend is filled with live music, food truck vendors each day and a steady stream of guests.
Fee: $90 for the 3 Days
Vendor Fee is non-refundable.
Final Festival Day
August 17, 2024, Saturday (12 PM - 6 PM)
This final weekend features live music & food trucks. It's the guests' last chance to get out and see the flowers.
Fee: $20
Vendor Fee is non-refundable.
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for primarily handmade businesses and makers. This can include designers that have their products produced for them as well as other types of small businesses like curated vintage, plants, home decor, music, and food booths.

Booth Setup
Vendors are asked to stay for the duration of the festival dates that they have chosen. Each vendor will need to provide their own tables, chairs, tent and change (cash and coins).
If chosen, we commit to promoting the presence at the festival.
