We're expanding our offerings this season and are excited to be inviting new craft vendors.

Below are the dates that we have for the 2026 season - each with a slightly different schedule.
Family Day
August 8, 2026, Saturday (12PM - 6PM)
It's a day of learning and outdoor exploration for the whole family.
Explore the sunflower field as it begins its stunning transition from vibrant green to beautiful shades of yellow and red. Along the way, discover the wonders of nature through hands-on activities and interactive displays by guest community organizations.
Vendor Fee: $20
Vendor Fee is non-refundable.
Main Festival Weekend
August 14, 2026, Friday (2 PM - 7 PM)
August 15, 2026, Saturday (10 AM - 6 PM)
August 16, 2026, Sunday (12 PM - 5 PM)
Interested vendors are required to be present in all three dates of the main festival weekend.
It's the peak bloom weekend! This weekend is filled with live music, food truck vendors each day and a steady stream of guests.
Fee: $90 for the 3 Days
Vendor Fee is non-refundable.
Themed Final Festival Day - Sunflowers & Fairs
August 22, 2026, Saturday (12 PM - 6 PM)

Inspired by the Ohio State Fair and the Coshocton County Fair, this special finale day celebrates Ohio’s fair traditions and aligns with America 250-Ohio’s August theme: Ohio Goes to the Fair.
Fee: $20
Vendor Fee is non-refundable.
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for primarily handmade businesses and makers. This can include designers that have their products produced for them as well as other types of small businesses like curated vintage, plants, home decor, music, and food booths.

Booth Setup
Vendors are asked to stay for the duration of the festival dates that they have chosen. Each vendor will need to provide their own tables, chairs, tent and change (cash and coins).
If chosen, we commit to promoting the presence at the festival.
