Sunflowers are an agricultural crop and therefore subject to weather, growing conditions and ripening variables.
We cannot guarantee that the sunflowers will bloom on a particular date, so prepare to be flexible by 7-10 days in your visit. Stay tuned on Facebook for up-to-the-minute plans.

The event is an outdoor event and therefore held weather permitting.

Should a complete crop failure arise, tickets will be exchanged for our fall festival tickets OR credit towards another Coshocton KOA Event.

Sippin' on Sunshine - Wine & Beer Tasting in Ohio's Most Unique Sunflower Field

Sip on a little of your favorite wine & beer this summer amidst Ohio's most unique sunflower field.

Guests who will be sippin' sunshine with us will get to sample Ohio wines & beer while getting one of the first peeks of the field for the 2024 Coshocton Sunflower Festival.
​
See the field as it starts the transformation from green to flowery yellows and reds.
​
You'll wander the pathways to tasting bars nestled amongst the flowers. Afterwards, grab a bite to eat from our guest food truck, shop from local craft vendors, then sit back and enjoy a wine & beer from the cash bar while listening to live music.

NOTE: Not all sunflower varieties may be blooming yet.

All guests must walk approximately 1/4 mile to the field.

This is non-festival admission with flower picking, refreshments and a merchandise stand but no food trucks, live music or craft vendors. It's meant to be a day in the flowers.
​
Each ticket includes admission and one sunflower of the guest's choice.

NOTE: Not all varieties may be blooming yet.

This is the main festival weekend, the peak bloom window that we've all been waiting for!
Wagon ride takes you to the field where you'll experience over 50 varieties of sunflowers, live music, food trucks, a wine & beer garden, & craft vendors.

Each ticket includes admission, wagon ride to the fields, and one sunflower of the guest's choice.

Note: Flowers of most varieties are in peak bloom in this time period - growing condition permitting.

This is the final day of experiencing the sunflower field and the only time in the season when the zinnia patches are open for picking.

A wagon ride will take you to the sunflower field for sunflower picking and to the festival area where you can enjoy live music, food trucks, & craft vendors.

Each ticket includes admission, wagon ride to the fields, and one sunflower of the guest's choice.

NOTE: Some varieties may be finished or picked. More flowers bloom each day.

Sunflower Season Pass
August 4 - 6, 9 - 11, 15 -17, 2024 (All season dates except Sippin' on Sunshine event)

Good for unlimited admissions to the festival for one person. A sunflower of the guest's choice is included each day attended.

See the sunflowers during the different stages of their lives - the budding stage (around the 1st weekend), flowering/pollination (main festival) and seed development (final weekend)!
​
With the 50 varieties of sunflowers that we've planted, there would be blooms in any of those weekends with the peak bloom during the main festival weekend (growing condition permitting).
​
Note: Season passes do not include admission on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024 for Sippin' on Sunshine.
